Service Terms

These terms cover studio services for brands and businesses: content, ads, ad campaigns, websites, website audits, SEO and Google management, and AI automation systems. The AI Influencer Kits are one-time purchases and have their own terms.

Agreeing to these terms

By paying for any Soelle AI Studio service, you agree to these terms.

Cancelling a project (kill fee)

AI UGC is not traditional UGC. Costs start with the very first image we generate for your project. From that moment, every AI project carries real costs: AI generation and rendering credits, building your custom on-screen talent, scripting, and the production and editing time behind every scene. These costs are spent as we create and can’t be recovered.

If you cancel for any reason after your project has begun, a kill fee of 75% of the remaining project balance applies. The kill fee covers the AI creation, preparation and production costs already committed to your project. It is due within 10 business days of your written cancellation. Payments you have already made are non-refundable.

To cancel a project, email support@soelleaistudio.com. This applies to one-time projects such as video packs, websites and campaigns. Monthly packages follow the 30-day notice below.

Cancelling a monthly package

Monthly packages continue from month to month until you cancel. This applies to monthly content, ad campaigns, SEO and Google management, and AI automation systems.

To cancel, give us 30 days’ written notice by emailing support@soelleaistudio.com. Your package stays active, and is billed as usual, until the end of the notice period.

We ask for 30 days because monthly services can’t be switched off overnight. Automations have to be shut down in the right order, scheduled work has to be completed, and your data, reports and account access have to be handed back to you properly.

Confidentiality

We’re happy to sign an NDA before your project starts. Your work is never used in our portfolio, ads or social media.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the finished work is yours to use anywhere, for as long as you like, with no usage fees.

Approval and revisions

For videos, you approve the script and the look before we produce anything. One round of edits to the finished videos is included with every package: captions, on-screen text, trims, music and pacing.

Changes that need new footage after approval, such as a new scene, creator, setting or script, cost $95 CAD per new scene.

For all other services, one round of revisions is included with every package.

Delivery times

Content and ads are delivered in 2 to 3 business days. Larger packages, such as the 12-video monthly plan, can take 5 to 7 business days. Website audits are delivered in 24 hours. Done For You websites go live within 48 hours.

Ad spend

For Ad Campaigns, our monthly fee covers setting up and managing your campaigns. Your ad spend is a separate cost with a $1,000 monthly minimum, and you pay it directly to Meta and Google.
