Tell us about your brand, your product and what you need in a short form. You can ask for a Google Meet video call there too.
You approve the plan
You get a plan and a quote by email, usually within one business day. You sign off on the script and the look before we produce anything.
We deliver
Your videos arrive in 2 to 3 business days, ready to post. Larger packages can take 5 to 7 business days.

What do you need from me to start?
Your product photos or links, your logo and brand colors, and a short brief.
Can we talk before I order?
Yes. Choose the video call option in your brief and we’ll email you to set up a call on Google Meet.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. Once your project is paid in full, the finished work is yours to use anywhere, for as long as you like, with no usage fees.
Is my project kept confidential?
Yes. We’re happy to sign an NDA before your project starts, and your work is never used in our portfolio, ads or social media. What we create for your brand stays yours.
How do revisions work?
You approve the script and the look before we produce anything. One round of edits to the finished video is included with every package: captions, on-screen text, trims, music and pacing. Changes that need new footage after approval, such as a new scene, creator, setting or script, cost $95 CAD per new scene.
Do you sell images on their own?
No. Still images come with your videos: 2 with every video, in every package.
What if I need to cancel a project?
AI UGC isn’t traditional UGC: AI generation and rendering credits, building your custom on-screen talent and production time are committed from the moment your project begins. If you cancel for any reason after your project has begun, a kill fee of 75% of the remaining project balance applies to cover those costs. It’s due within 10 business days of your cancellation. How do I cancel a monthly package?

Is all your content created with AI?
Yes. Every image and video is AI-generated, then creatively directed and refined by hand.
Are UGC-style videos real customer testimonials?
No. They are AI-generated promotional content, and they’re always disclosed as such.
